Bitz large dinner plate in amber
What a nice spacious size this dinner plate from Bitz! 27 cm diameter no less than and a raised edge of 2,5 cm high. Yet you will eat less than you expect from such a large plate. How is that possible? You eat about 15% less from a colored plate. That's a bonus, right?
And also a nice tip: is your dish the same color as your plate? Then you eat more! So serve on this amber-colored plate: citrus fruits, pumpkin, carrots, lentils, sweet potatoes (very healthy!) Etc. This way you unnoticeably eat a lot of extra vegetables ♥.
The plate is made of matte pottery, with a glossy glaze layer on the top.
Christian Bitz crockery and glassware
The Dane Christian Bitz wants to inspire Danes - and now you too - to live a healthier life. Not by eating less, or by having to leave a lot. Bitz has a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is research director in the Herlev and Gentofte hospitals. Here he is involved in various research projects and the development of better meals for patients.
On Danish TV he is a well-known host and expert on cooking programs. In addition, he has already written eight books.
In addition to the crockery, the Bitz collection also includes glassware, part of the turnover of which is donated to the Danish red cross. It fits this plate amber water glass very beautiful and the water carafe 1,2 liter capacity.
