1. Add an item to the shopping cart

You can place an order by clicking on the “add to cart” button for a product to be ordered.

2. Check your details on the 'shopping cart' page

On the 'shopping cart' page you then have an overview of your product (s). Check your order here. You can also enter a possible discount code at this step.

3.Enter your details on the checkout page and choose a payment method

Then you enter / check the billing address and the delivery address.

Then choose a payment method here. After confirming this, enter the information to complete your order. The order is then finally completed and processed.

Sure! After you have completed the payment, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes containing the order, shipping details and billing information. Pay attention! It sometimes happens that, due to your e-mail settings, it can end up in the spam folder.

Have you created an account? Then go to orders in 'my account'. Here you can then download the invoice.

We also add a hard copy of the invoice to your order.

Otherwise, you can always send us an email, and we will send the invoice to you as soon as possible!

Nordic Living keeps you informed of your order. After your order you will receive a confirmation of the order and a confirmation of payment, if it has been completed. Your order will then be processed.

If you log in under 'My Account' you will see the status of your order under the 'Orders' tab.

As soon as your order is delivered to PostNL, you will receive an e-mail from us and you can follow your order via Track & Trace.

You can cancel a placed order up to the moment of shipment from our warehouse. You will receive an email when the order has been shipped.


Checkout in a trusted internet payment environment. For payments we use the payment methods of Mollie. When you place an order and choose iDeal or one of the other methods, you pay via your own trusted bank over a secure connection (SSL connection).

Payment via this method is possible if you use internet banking from all major Dutch, Belgian and German banks. On your bill you will see the characteristic of Mollie, our payment provider.

Nordic Living strives to deal with any returns we receive as soon as possible. In general, you can assume that as soon as the return has been received, we will refund the money to your account within 2 working days.
